Dual-listed companies are also encouraged to promptly disclose material news as required by LTSE Rule 14.207(b)(1) (Disclosure of Material Information) to continuedlisting@longtermstockexchange.com.
If a dual-listed company receives a notification of deficiency from LTSE, it must submit the form provided below to continuedlisting@longtermstockexchange.com in accordance with the requirements of LTSE Rule 14.207(b)(2).
